Rojat Yündemli (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") operates the Global Reward mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). This comprehensive Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the Company collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the Service. Upon deletion, all accumulated points, balances, financial data, and personal identifiers will be permanently and irreversibly expunged from our operational databases.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rojat Yündemli disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Furthermore, the Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the Service. We expressly disclaim any liability for the loss of virtual currency, reward points, failure to process payouts due to third-party banking errors, or account terminations resulting from violations of our terms of service (e.g., usage of VPNs, emulators, or automated scripts). The Company reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the reward program at any time without prior notice.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers immediately.
